One of the greatest albums I’ve ever listened to, Retail Therapy is a collaboration between Eric Clapton, famous guitarist, and Simon Climie, someone I will definetely be looking for more of. This guitar-and-bass album features some killer riffs, outstanding production and a lot of subject matter to chew through.
Some tracks boast crystal clear vocals that would put Dolby Atmos to shame, other tracks are pure relaxation. Give Her What She Wants harps angelic on some of the coolest instrumental backing imaginable.
This CD is out on Water Tower, and although it’s not a new release, I would be surprised if you couldn’t snag a copy from Discogs or even your local CD store – second-hand, of course.
